Intervilla
In 1972 Fred Fair and I tried to do a timeshare project with 4 villas in Mexico. We had been in the airplane business together and flown around Mexico looking for investments. We found villas in Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Manzanillo and Aspen that we optioned and tried to sell as time shares. The time share concept was too new in the US and we were unsuccessful. I did the art work and organized the marketing. However, we met many interesting Mexican land owners and businessmen including Lobo y Lobo who owned land on the ocean. (see Paraiso)
